last week was cross country everyone was doing cross country the teachers said on your marks get set go zoom everyone was passing each other everyone was puffed  dripping with sweat everyone was racing to get to the finished line everyone was puffed and couldn't run but they ceaped running one more lap everyone boosting to the end boom first second and first no one could move because they were tired

school triathlon

to day was my schools triathlon day. I didn't want to do the triathlon because I was nervous. I put my togs on and waited on the side of the pool I jumpped in the pool it was freezeing the teacher said on your mark get set go I was swimming fast and then I got tired then I was on my last lap I was swimming 5 length then I finished I went running down the bottom field I got a stitch I was puffed from running and then I jumpped on my bike I went zooming past everyone people were cheering and then I finished the triathlon every single part of my body were hurting I got changed in to my clothes I had a snack and I did my learning.
